BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Christian Brothers University junior
Morgan Mills (Memphis, Tenn., St. Agnes Academy) became the first CBU tennis player to be named to the All-Gulf South Conference West Division Team since 1999 when the All-GSC Teams were announced Wednesday afternoon.
Mills, who went 6-7 at No. 1 singles and 5-6 at No. 1 doubles for the Lady Bucs, was selected to the All-GSC West Second Team.
The Lady Bucs' only other All-GSC West player was Brooke Casey, who was named Second-Team All-GSC West in 1999.
The All-GSC West teams are selected in a vote of the league's coaches. Coaches are not allowed to vote for their own players.
