BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—The Gulf South Conference named two more former Christian Brothers University student-athletes to its All-Decade teams in the spring sports announcement, bringing CBU's total to 21 players and one coach.
John Raymond Hehn (2003-06) represents CBU on the baseball West Division All-Decade Second Team. He hit .354 with 19 homers and 133 RBI over 167 games in his four-year career. As a senior, Hehn set school records with a .482 batting average, 19 doubles, a .563 on-base percentage, an .835 slugging percentage, 137 total bases, and 64 RBI to go with 13 homers. He was named All-GSC and the GSC West Co-Player of the Year in 2006.
Pitcher
Nikki Dunn (Southaven, Miss./Southaven HS) (2006-09) earned a spot on the softball All-Decade West Division Second Team. She went 53-51 with 868 strikeouts and a 2.26 ERA in 130 games. A four-time All-GSC West selection, she was named GSC West Pitcher of the Year as a sophomore. Dunn completely rewrote the CBU softball record book, setting 20 career records and 17 single-season records in her four years.
GSC spring sports All-Decade Announcement
